Refund and Cancellation Policy

Before cancelling a service or project, Croxaint advises the employer to contact the freelancer and discuss their concerns so that the freelancer has a chance to respond. On Croxaint.com, freelancers care about their clients' satisfaction and believe that the majority of problems can be resolved quickly with straightforward communication. If the employer is unable to interact with the freelancer, or if communication with the freelancer is not effective, and the employer believes that the freelancer is not following the rules of engagement, the buyer can also contact Croxaint.com customer care for assistance in getting the service/project back on work.

1.1 Cancellation of a Service/ Project -

➤ The Buyer may ask for a cancellation after the starting of a service or project:

The employer’s amounts are safe and if they believe that they are entitled for a refund (subject to the section 1.2), they must notify the freelancers.

• If the employer fails to notify the freelancer that he wishes to reject the project and the project is completed, the employer is entitled to pay for the service.

➤ When a cancellation is announced:

• The Freelancer should stop working on the Service/Project immediately - the both parties should clarify how much money is required for any work completed.

1.2 Refund Policy -

Under the following factors, a Buyer will be able to a refund of money:

• No response:
The freelancer has not responded to the employer after the acceptance of the proposal.

No Delivery: If the freelancer fails to submit the project within the agreed timescale.

Poor Quality: If the deliverables provided by the freelancers do not meet the terms and expectations in response to detailed feedback from the employer.

If employer and freelancer mutually agree to a refund for reasons other than those discussed in the previous points; however, such cases will be subject to review by the Croxaint Team in 3-4 working days, as stated in Section 1.3.

The employer must accept that the money is non-refundable once he/she is satisfied that the project is completed.

Employers should NEVER register a dispute or reverse a payment through their credit card company or bank. Attempts to get refunds in this manner may result in legal action and a permanent banning of the Buyer's account.

If an employer places an order mistakenly and cancels it before 24 hours, the company will only charge a transaction fee; however, if the employer cancels the project after 24 hours, the company will charge the employer a commission of approximately 25%.

In case of refund, employers have to pay the transaction fee charged by the bank.

1.3 Requesting a Refund -

The employers can request a refund of the funds by specifying a reason for their request:

The freelancer must either approve or reject the refund request.

If the freelancer does not respond to the refund request within 3-4 working days then Croxaint may release the funds automatically back to the employer account.

Poor Quality: If the deliverables provided by the freelancers do not meet the terms and expectations in response to detailed feedback from the employer.

Croxaint will transfer confirmed refund requests back to the employer's bank account after reviewing the refund reason and circumstances to confirm that both parties have cooperated with these terms and conditions. Croxaint shall not be forced to fulfil the refund if it has a reasonable expectation that the parties have not cooperated with these terms and conditions or are attempting to avoid any such requirements.

1.4 Refund and Cancellation Penalties -

It is highly suggested that users do not initiate cancellations or refunds. Refunds will have the following effects on a user's profile.

If the freelancer is responsible for the refund (for example, due to a lack of response, or poor quality of work), it will have a bad effect on their status and rankings.

• If the employer is discovered to be the reason for the refund (for example, an early cancellation due to a change in their needs), their status will fall.

Multiple refunds connected to a User will result in temporary and/or permanent bans on their account.

Croxaint will transfer confirmed refund requests back to the employer's bank account after reviewing the refund reason and circumstances to confirm that both parties have cooperated with these terms and conditions. Croxaint shall not be forced to fulfil the refund if it has a reasonable expectation that the parties have not cooperated with these terms and conditions or are attempting to avoid any such requirements.

1.5 Chargeback -

If the employer has any issues regarding the orders, he/she should talk to the freelancer about the same, and if the freelancer is not responding, he/she can raise his/her dispute/issue in the help and support section in the dashboard with the order number.

Croxaint will review the request as to which refund is to be returned under Section 1.2 and respond within 3-4 working days.

Employers must send bank details at admin@croxaint.com, and the company will verify and refund them within 7 working days.

The refund amount of the buyer will be transferred through bank transfer/ original payment method.
